Best way to manually install free wordpress

Welcome to my blog, I will be talking about the tips on how you can manually install a wordpress blog/website. Before will start to install wordpress, lets know what is called wordpress and the advantages.
What is wordpress?
Wordpress is an open-source blogging tools, it is also a content management system (CMS). As the definition says, therefore wordpress can be used for blogging.  One of the feature I like about wordpress is that you can configure/design your theme to suit any purpose: you can use wordpress for an entertainment website/blog, portfolio website, fashion, news blog, even it can be used as an e-commerce website were goods can be placed for sale and people can make order and for any goods of their choice. I know you might be thinking of how cost of buying it most especially if you are new to wordpress. Mind you wordpress is free and can be downloaded from wordpress official website
Note: wordpress is free to use but you can’t use it without having a host server and a domain name  
Steps to manually install/setup wordpress site/blog

1. You need to download the best wordpress latest version of WordPress from http://www.WordPress.org.
2. Upload to your web server using FTP
3. Create MySQL Database and user 
4. Configure Wordpress 
5. Complete the installation by inputting required information 
Additional step:
1. Install a theme of your choice 
2. Design or re-customize your new free wordpress theme to your taste and install plugin
3. Fill your new wordpress site/blog with content
